My name is Angela and I live in metro Detroit Michigan with my husband Mike, 6 year old son, Maximus and 3 year old son, Xavier. I work full time as a Retail Account Manager for Google in Ann Arbor MI.
I started this blog as a way to connect with other full time working moms. After I had Max, I struggled finding relatable articles and blogs on how to balance going back to work and motherhood, and how to balance everything in between (working out, cooking, etc.). I would get so frustrated finding ‘busy mom’ recipes that an hour of prep of time – I don’t have time for that!
So, I came up with The Non-Housewives, because there is no longer such a thing as a ‘traditional housewife.’ Us moms carry so much responsibility inside and outside of the home, no matter what our employment status is. I hope we can learn from our each other to help make our lives easier!
