‘Tis the season for festive fun in the city! I’m so excited to head to Detroit for my birthday weekend. Here’s what we have planned…
We’ll definitely start with breakfast – we LOVE a good breakfast. I’m thinking Hudson Cafe or Dime Store for coffee and eggs before exploring.
Next up, a show! We have 11am tickets to see Cirque Dreams Holidaze in Detroit! If you’ve never seen a Cirque show before, your mind will be blown. I’ve never seen such talent before! You’ll see aerial circus acts, jugglers, acrobatics and much more. The stunts are absolutely insane.
After the show, I want to do some holiday shopping. I’m hoping to hop on the Holly Trolly that will be running that weekend and take it to the Detroit Markets. After shopping we’ll probably try to squeeze in a few games at the Monroe Midway.
Dinner is still up for debate, but I’ve been eyeing up Mad Nice so maybe we’ll make reservations there. Any other suggestions – let me know!
